Sample codicil and beneficiary nomination

Codicil instructions

You may already have a Will you wish to update. A codicil is a simple legal form to make minor changes or additions to an existing Will, for example: adding or changing your beneficiaries, your executors or adding additional donations or gifts.

The codicil, to be valid, must be signed in the presence of witnesses, and the original placed with your other valuable papers. A copy can go to your lawyer and a copy to Aruma.

Beneficiary nomination instructions

To designate Aruma as a beneficiary of a qualified retirement plan or other financial account, please use the following information:

Aruma, a charitable organisation.

ABN: 31 001 813 403
